Immerse yourself in a holistic wellness experience with my Vinyasa Yoga classes. Passionate,

I merged my training in Tulum, Mexico, with my background in classical dance.

These unique classes bridge yoga and dance, offering an integrated approach to strengthening the body and calming the mind. Enriching the experience, I incorporate Tibetan bowls for deep relaxation, creating a space where serenity

and harmony meet in each session.
