“What is sound therapy?”
Sound therapy uses sound and vibrations to bring relaxation and relaxation to your body;
it rebalances the natural electromagnetic field emitted by your body.
In sound therapy, we use several instruments with different harmonics
which emit different sounds and vibrations.
The waves travel through your body and act on your physical, emotional and nervous system.

Discover a unique experience of well-being through sound therapy.
During this sound experience, I use Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, the Hang pan, rain sticks,
the Koshi, the gong, and the handpan, but also mantras (sacred chants), to promote deep relaxation,
energetic harmonization and stress relief.
A group session lasts approximately 45 minutes, and individually 1 hour.
During individual sessions, I place the Tibetan bowls on your body.
During the treatment, you lie down and can completely let yourself go.
